Skater A goes slow into every trick. He can make his tricks pretty consistently. He's methodical and technical. But he seems to exert himself pretty hard. Plus he doesn't get much height. Still, he plugs away, all the time, at that nice, slow speed.

Skater B pushes off a bunch of times and makes sure there's some wind whipping through his hair. His board is flying and his trucks are getting kind of squirrely, but he keeps it together. He breaks into slides no problem, and his recoveries are sheer athletic genius. He launches big air. Sometimes he and his board share different air space, and don't wind up together. No biggie. He brushes himself off and goes for it again, same breakneck speed.

Which of these guys is closest to your style? Whichever one you are, could you see yourself borrowing the other guy's speed, for part of your practice?
